Job Overview

Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual at the director level to enhance our Brokerage division. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere within Corporate Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Facilitates business development and negotiates the sale and leasing of commercial real estate assets for clients.
  • Supplies clients with essential information regarding leasing options, prevailing market trends, and property valuations.
  • Identifies and secures new business prospects through networking and outreach.
  • Transforms inquiries into meetings and subsequent business opportunities.
  • Guides potential clients on property tours, discussing features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Assembles property data for clients, including summary reports, maps, status updates, and market-specific insights.
  • Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluates responses.
  • Conducts data analysis and compiles real estate reports on average asking rents, market tenants, historical data, and comparative market analysis.
  • Engages in contract negotiations and due diligence processes.
  • Drafts correspondence for current and prospective clients.
  • Collects, prepares, and disseminates marketing materials.
  • Participates in local business and charitable events, as well as industry associations to foster new connections and generate business.
  • Maintains accurate and current information within the Mohr CRM system.
  • May oversee and delegate tasks to colleagues within a project or work unit.
  • Contributes to Brokerage sales meetings to inform colleagues about new business initiatives, market trends, and prospect updates.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Real Estate Brokerage.
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and principles, with the ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and commissions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Licenses and Certifications

  • Preferred: Real Estate Broker license.
  • Required: Real Estate Salespersons license.

  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with a commitment to providing efficient and courteous service.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to build relationships with business partners and clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure while prioritizing workload.
  • Commitment to client service, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities in a diverse and collaborative professional setting.
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily involves general office work.
  • Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or computer operation for up to 8 hours daily, with occasional standing.
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and utilize hands for writing and typing.
  • Ability to clearly articulate information for understanding.
  • Capacity to read and comprehend written and oral information.
  • Regularly requires visual abilities for reading printed materials and computer displays.
