Civil Case Coordinator Job Summary:

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Case Coordinator to join our team at Christina Pendleton & Associates, P.C. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in civil case coordination and a strong understanding of the legal system.

The Civil Case Coordinator will work closely with attorneys to manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and discovery. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and discovery
  • Support client communication and correspondence
  • Draft pleadings for attorney modification and review
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related appointments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior civil case coordination experience required
  • Associate's degree or higher education in legal or related field preferred
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 65 wpm)
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office software
