About the Role

Premier Private Jets is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our flight support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars, and hotel accommodations.
  • Catering and Ground Transportation: Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights and provide ground transportation for pilots and customers.
  • Switchboard and Communication: Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly, using the Unicom communication system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures, coordinate with Line Service, and maintain scheduling for the lobby area and conference rooms.
  • Supply Management: Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware, dispatch and receive fuel orders, and enter fuel and service tickets.
  • Security and Administration: Maintain security access to the ramp, hangar, and offices, and adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Skills: Considerable first-class customer service skills, ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and valid driver's license.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain airport badge/pass background check and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
