Job Title: Front Office Medical Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate medical professional to join our front office team in providing exceptional patient care.

Role Overview

This is a dynamic role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing patient charts, verifying eligibility, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patient charts and records for each visit, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage, resolving any discrepancies promptly
  • Schedule appointments with referring providers in a timely manner, minimizing wait times
  • Respond to patient inquiries, addressing their concerns and needs in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical procedures and care, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and perform other administrative duties as needed, prioritizing tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to quality care
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and communication
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
