Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to walk in and phone customers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointments, and follow up with customers about their order status.
- Oversee service and installation schedules, jobs, and resources for Field Supervisors.
- Create and process orders in a timely manner, process requests for rush orders, change orders, and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers through excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customers.
- Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them.
- Stay up-to-date on brands and products we sell to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
