Manufactured Home Sales Director

At Champion Homes, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our manufactured home sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- 5+ years of experience in new home sales management or manufactured home industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
