About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Carnegie Learning. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in school districts, including superintendents, assistant superintendents, and directors of curriculum and instruction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and selling complex value propositions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized educational solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in education sales, business development, and strategic account management
  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to C-level decision makers
