Job Summary
Aon is seeking a highly experienced Casualty Account Manager to join our National Casualty Practice. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and leadership development, as you will work closely with senior team members to deliver top-notch service to clients.

About the Role
This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week, allowing for a great balance between work and personal life. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex casualty accounts, providing expert advice on insurance programs, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your strong relationships with carriers and underwriters will play a crucial role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple casualty accounts, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
  • Analyze client data to provide insightful recommendations on insurance program optimization
  • Bilateral communication and collaboration with carriers and underwriters to drive business growth
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow professionally

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • At least 15 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects
  • Strong understanding of national casualty risks and carrier appetites
  • Broad relationships with major carriers writing national casualty P&C business

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $250,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. The actual salary may vary based on applicant's geographic location.
