Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate product portfolio strategies that drive financial success for the assigned category.
- Develop product strategies that foster revenue growth, gross profit, and enhance sales representative earnings.
- Support the Manager of Category Management and the Director of Product Management in the profitable growth of the company.
- Generate insights based on data that focus on customer needs, advancing merchandising strategies for your categories.
- Evaluate product assortment and data analytics to prioritize product categories according to market trends and customer requirements.
- Oversee the new product development process, collaborating with Product Line from ideation to launch.
- Achieve a comprehensive understanding of assigned categories.
- Manage and execute the content schedule for the visual production team.
- Create materials for the company catalog, eCommerce platforms, email marketing, product development, and social media.
- Implement best practices for product lifecycle management.
- Conduct new product development processes, including product testing and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
- Proficient in making data-driven decisions and understanding financial statements.
- Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) informed by data.
- Adept at recognizing patterns in data to create actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across various teams to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in work.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to energize team members.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of developing and executing innovative ideas.
