KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers to the dealership and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
  • Guide customers to the relevant departments and notify staff of their arrival.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and visitors.
  • Ensure the customer lounge is stocked with refreshments and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform clerical tasks as required, including filing and retrieving documents efficiently.
  • Process customer payments accurately, including cash, checks, and credit/debit transactions.
  • Maintain an organized cash drawer, balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with department managers to stay informed about new products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS
