Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of cashiers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient checkout processes.
  • Proactively visit registers to provide direction and support to cashiers and baggers.
  • Assist with potential customer assistance issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
