Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled High-end Interiors Construction Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing high-end interior construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Team Leadership: Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Reporting: Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years working for a general contractor specializing in commercial construction, including corporate interiors, aviation, and medical projects.
  • Skills: Strong oral communication and written skills, ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
