Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of automation systems and equipment. The Automation Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of automation systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities align with business objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and ensure that expenses are within approved limits
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in automation maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading technical staff in the repair of automation or robotics systems
  • Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: automation, robotics, mechatronics, microelectronics, or related trade
  • License in related trade in city and/or state where job is located
