Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automated equipment and systems
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track and manage maintenance activities
- Ensure spare parts inventories are maintained and up-to-date
- Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Vocational or technical certification in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment
- Working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems
- Demonstrated independent problem-solving capability
- Ability to use PLC and HMI programming software
- Understanding of 24VDC control systems and photoelectric/proximity sensors
- Experience with programming/troubleshooting servo and stepper motors
- Ability to troubleshoot/program bar code scanners and vision systems
- Knowledge of warehouse maintenance safety procedures
- Ability to work independently in a safe manner
