At John Muir Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Acute Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to create a compassionate healing environment.
- Ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and foster professional growth and satisfaction among team members.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing - Required
- 6 Months Nursing - Acute Care - Preferred
- 1000 hours Nursing - Medical/Surgical - Must be Obtained within last 2 years - Non-core Requirement
- RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing - Required
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
- NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale - No Issuing Agency Certification - Achieved by the end of orientation to the assigned area - Required
- NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale - No Issuing Agency Competency - Successful completion on an annual basis - Required
