The Senior Client Relationship Manager acts as the key point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring the seamless provision of products and services. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team that encompasses sales, engineering, procurement, and operations to deliver outstanding customer service and meet program objectives regarding delivery, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversees client programs from order placement to final delivery.
· Coordinates both internal and external resources to guarantee effective execution and timely project delivery.
· Develops and nurtures strong client relationships, serving as the main contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and information dissemination.
· Collaborates with Engineering and Operations Teams to ensure products meet client specifications.
· Works alongside Operations and Planning Teams to verify accurate delivery timelines.
· Regularly updates clients on program status, delivery schedules, and performance metrics.
· Assists in resolving pricing and delivery challenges to enhance client satisfaction.
· Maintains an Issues Register for each program to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding actions.
· Conducts risk assessments and escalates issues to management as necessary.
· Ensures adherence to internal standards, processes, and protocols.
· Verifies that the organization possesses the necessary legal documentation for all contractual commitments.
· Ensures compliance with ITAR regulations for all technical communications and shipments to clients.
· Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service within a professional environment or equivalent military experience.
· Strong understanding of client quality, commercial, and technical requirements.
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
· Documented technical expertise.
· Experience in interpreting drawings, designs, and specifications.
· Background in Program Management within the Aerospace sector.
