Job Title: Plumbing Foreman - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled and committed individual to fill the role of Plumbing Foreman within our Commercial Construction division. This position is vital for the successful installation of plumbing systems on our commercial projects, while also providing essential leadership and support on-site. At Moore's, our Foremen are tasked with ensuring high-quality installations for our clients, all while prioritizing safety at every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze coordinated construction drawings across various trades.
  • Prepare Bills of Materials based on provided drawings and blueprints.
  • Oversee the layout and installation of diverse plumbing piping materials including PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, and brass.
  • Manage the installation of plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, hoods, drains, and vents.
  • Lead and mentor all field personnel.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Capability to operate necessary equipment on-site.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
  • Familiarity with technology usage, including iPads, iPhones, and relevant applications.
  • Knowledge of steam systems is preferred.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master plumbing license.
