Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the counter sales area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers, accurately processing orders, and assisting with warranty issues and returns.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter sales area, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Warranty and Returns: Assist customers with warranty issues and returns, following established procedures to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new products and apply knowledge to help customers find efficient solutions, promoting sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Inform customers of promotions, volume purchasing, and other incentives, and assist in maintaining the appearance of the warehouse and counter sales area.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with customers to find the right products to meet their needs, providing solutions and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Previous Experience: Previous counter sales, plumbing, or HVAC knowledge, or order pulling experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Math Competency: High degree of math competency and ability to maintain arithmetic and statistical accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift and handle material weighing up to 50 pounds, and sit for extended periods.
