Job Title: Plumbing Foreman - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and committed individual to take on the role of Plumbing Foreman within our Commercial Construction division. This position is vital for the successful implementation of plumbing systems in our commercial projects, providing essential leadership and support on-site. At Moore's, our Foremen are tasked with ensuring high-quality installations for our clients while prioritizing safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze coordinated construction drawings across various trades.
  • Prepare Bills of Materials based on provided drawings and blueprints.
  • Oversee the layout and installation of diverse plumbing piping materials including PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, and brass.
  • Manage the installation of plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, hoods, drains, and vents.
  • Lead and mentor all field personnel.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in operating necessary equipment on-site.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
  • Understanding of technology usage including iPads, iPhones, and relevant applications.
  • Knowledge of steam systems.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master Card.
