Intrepid Investment Banking Managing Director, Healthcare Expert

As a seasoned Investment Banking Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success at Intrepid, a leading specialty investment bank. With a strong background in M&A advisory and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, you will lead deal teams, build relationships with clients and referral sources, and develop thought leadership in target sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute M&A transactions, leveraging your expertise in the healthcare industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and business owners
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
- Lead and motivate transaction teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive business success
- 10+ years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory, with a focus on the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in origination, execution, and deal closure
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
