Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Kent Medical Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient information and make medical appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate clinical activities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer skills required
  • Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills necessary
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
