Position Overview:
- Responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents.
- Handles medication orders, including documentation, procurement, and administration.
- Conducts essential nursing procedures such as monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
- Adheres to universal precautions and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both residents and staff.
- Engages with healthcare providers to maintain effective communication regarding nursing and medication directives.
- Observes and reports any changes in residents' conditions to appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nurse's Aide or have completed the required training program along with the company's Medication Administration course.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, or at least ten times during a shift.
