Estate Administration Paralegal Specialist

Ave Staffing Legal Specialists is seeking an experienced Estates Administration Paralegal to join its team. This role can be based in Raleigh, NC or one of our other offices in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with attorneys to administer estates, trusts, and guardianships
- Prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents
- Assist with the preparation of inventories, accountings, and other probate documents
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, insurance companies, financial institutions, public officials, and court administrators
- Review tax strategies and prepare various tax returns
- Stay up-to-date on administrative changes and best practices
- Contribute to ensuring high-quality service to our clients
- Bachelor's or associate's degree from an ABA-approved Paralegal Technology program
- 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm
- NC Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain
