Tanium is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team. As a Customer Success Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior team members to support customer value realization and drive desired results.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with account teams to ensure successful business outcomes for customers, leading to world-class retention and expansion for Tanium.
- Work with senior team members to understand the unique complexity and segmentation of Tanium's customers and create the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
- Identify opportunities to further integrate Tanium into customer business processes and controls to increase ROI and expand into new solution areas.
- Support strategically focused Executive Business Reviews, alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, and wider account team members.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
- Undergo detailed training in the Tanium platform and have the opportunity to become Tanium certified.
- Collaborate with your mentor and other interns to drive project success.
- Own a project designed to support our Customer Success efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train in top-quality customer-facing sales and presentation skills.
- Shadow our full-time Customer Success Managers in their day-to-day operations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
- Available to work full-time from June 9, 2024 to August 15, 2024.
- Currently enrolled Bachelor's degree candidate, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA.
- Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025.
- Able to demonstrate consulting and project management skills.
- Able to demonstrate working knowledge of endpoint technology.
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Skilled at written and verbal communication.
- Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
