Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Supervising and managing core accounting functions, including:
   - Accounts payable
   - Accounts receivable
   - General ledger
   - Tax compliance
2. Directing financial planning, budgeting, and investment activities for the organization.
3. Formulating and executing the company’s financial objectives.
4. Preparing and coordinating internal and external financial reports.
5. Collaborating with external auditors.
6. Assessing and managing financial risks.
7. Ensuring compliance with auditing standards in record-keeping.
8. Developing and tracking business performance metrics.
9. Overseeing the preparation of periodic financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting principles.
10. Mentoring and managing the accounting team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
3. Proficient understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP.
4. Familiarity with automated financial reporting systems.
5. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
6. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Capability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
10. CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
