Job Overview

Position Title: Program Operations Supervisor I

Department: TTC College

Reports To: Chief Academic Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Operations Supervisor I is accountable for the comprehensive daily management of designated personnel and the operational flow of TTC College. This role entails supervising staff and ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures of both TTC College and Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. The individual will embody and implement the treatment and educational philosophies of the organization. Proven experience in managing and leading a sizable team is essential. This position will guide a cohort of healthcare education leaders while ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

SALARY RANGE

$43.50 / per hour DOE

WORK SCHEDULE

8 hours per day / 5 Days per Week / Salary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversee recruitment, supervision, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for TTC College supervisors as directed by the Chief Academic Officer. This may include roles such as counselors, case managers, outreach workers, and administrative staff.
  2. Ensure the safety of staff and patients through effective oversight of facility maintenance.
  3. Conduct regular audits of documentation and maintain compliance with TTC policies, procedures, and external regulations.
  4. Assist in the preparation and submission of various reports, including Continuous Quality Assurance and performance improvement reports.
  5. Expand referral networks through active outreach and networking initiatives.
  6. Participate in training sessions and educational workshops.
  7. Attend mandatory staff meetings and collaborate with team members regarding patient and staff matters.
  8. Exhibit professionalism in conduct, attire, and communication, serving as a role model for colleagues and patients.
  9. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the agency's philosophy and objectives.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics in all interactions.
  11. Document services rendered in the medical record as required.
  12. Engage in performance evaluations of interns and staff as necessary.
  13. Participate in community events and outreach activities on behalf of TTC.
  14. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director or Administrator.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Supervisory Responsibility: 1 to 5 employees
  • Required: Master’s Degree in Management, Educational Leadership, Healthcare Leadership, or related field
  • Required: Academic Counseling Certificate
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
