Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AR/AP Financial Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions. As an AR/AP Financial Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding customer payments, ensuring timely collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on AR aging, cash flow, and collections status.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, verifying appropriate approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Process vendor payments accurately and on time, adhering to payment terms and conditions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during financial audits.
Key Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience) a plus.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
