Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Merge IT LLC. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including desktop, software, and hardware installation, support, and distribution, as well as remote access technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktop, software, and hardware
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, software, and hardware
  • Provide training and documentation to clients on desktop systems and software
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
  • Expert-level knowledge of PC hardware, PC operating systems, and office automation software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server Operating System and domain-related administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
