Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ATEC Spine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve quota and increase market share within targeted areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow business in targeted areas of responsibility by building strong relationships with surgeons and other key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by leveraging your knowledge of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols.
  • Collaborate with sales management to establish territory selling strategies and tactics.
  • Respond to customer needs, requirements, and problems in accordance with Company policy.
  • Develop and maintain account records and report activities as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices by attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other company and industry events.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be willing to comply with Commercial policies, including commitment to attend annual training and certification.
  • Strong business and functional acumen, with specific knowledge of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set and meet aggressive goals and objectives.
Education and Experience

High school education required; college degree preferred.
