Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Mark Anthony Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of sales plans with our wholesaler network, working closely with District Manager level influencers at their distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Execution: Responsible for tracking and reporting on-going and consistent market conditions through MABIlity tool, providing weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, and providing manager feedback on market using MABIlity tool.
  • Brand Execution: Responsible for brand execution at the market level, ensuring brand standards are met, including pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, draft and bottle placement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a monthly basis to identify and develop personal areas for growth.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage all administrative requirements, including fiscal responsibility, distribution tracking, program execution tracking, and performance management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and math skills, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) skills, ability to travel as necessary.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
