CNA Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities as outlined in their personalized care plans, including feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
  • Provide companionship and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
  • Support clients with mobility tasks as defined in their care plans and report any observed changes to the nursing director.
CNA Qualifications
  • Valid and unencumbered CNA license in the state of Ohio.
  • At least one year of documented clinical experience in home care or a healthcare facility.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Current CPR certification and negative TB test or chest x-ray.
  • Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19.
