Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Create and implement care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Deliver treatments and administer medications to residents

Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
