Responsibilities- Take vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, and report any abnormal readings to the supervisor.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Serve meals and assist residents with feeding as needed.
- Perform tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, such as changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
- Observe residents and alert nurses to any concerns or emergencies.
- Communicate with family members and other visitors on behalf of residents.
- Move residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
- Provide companionship and engage with residents.
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and terminology.
- Effective organization and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $19-$36.
