Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, training, and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing laboratory collections and processing.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including nephrologists, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, inventory management, and admission documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including EMR documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of RN experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred.
  • Valid RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
