Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Medix Infusion. As a critical member of our account management team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to establish new partnerships and grow existing ones.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess both clinical and sales expertise, preferably in Hospice or Home Health settings. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients on their treatment options and facilitate effective discharge planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Clinical and sales experience required; Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $90,000 per year.
