Key Responsibilities
  • Networking and Outreach:
    • Attend events within industry-specific groups such as AIA, Chamber of Commerce, and other vertical-focused organizations to connect with potential clients.
    • Act as a thought leader, advising potential clients on technology and security matters relevant to their industry.
    • Engage with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings, including lunches, coffee meetups, and office visits.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and goals.
    • Act as an account manager for closed sales, ensuring new clients experience a seamless transition and exceptional service from day one.
  • Research and Social Media Engagement:
    • Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to connect with prospects and gather insights on their company's needs.
    • Research prospective companies and update CRM data to ensure accuracy.
  • Sales and CRM Management:
    • Track all activities, leads, and opportunities within our CRM.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and documentation.
