Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and veterinary care for our patients.

About the Role: The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets. This includes welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and educating them about their pet's health. You will also assist with administrative functions, such as maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets.
  2. Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
  3. Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
  4. Assist incoming clients by completing the required documentation, entering all pet information and history in the computer, utilizing proper collars and tags for identification, and ensuring prompt service.
  5. Assist outgoing clients by providing all necessary instructions, information, and invoices, dispensing prescription items per the veterinarian's instructions, selling retail products, and scheduling future appointments.

Requirements:

  • We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
