Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general client supervision and ensuring the smooth operation of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site after-hours supervision to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  • Serve as a facility manager during shift hours, overseeing all program and facility operations.
  • Maintain a daily log of evening activities and incidents, documenting any issues that arise.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies, contacting medical, psychiatric, or custody staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with program rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly facility, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in daily shift change, documenting all necessary information in the facility log.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as addiction counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Experience working in a residential treatment setting or similar environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and LEIE.
  • CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain WestCare's vehicle insurance.
