Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and supporting the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Process transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store-related activities as needed.
- 6 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn our retail systems.
