Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lehman Consulting & Recruiting. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their technology and communications needs.
  • Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain excellent time management and professional customer service at all times.
  • Participate in continuous professional development training sessions and contribute to a dynamic team-based company culture.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during the course of a business day.
  • Tech-savvy, or the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills.
