Role Summary

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Mashburn wholesale division, providing essential support to the sales team in managing client accounts and achieving sales objectives. This dynamic position involves participation in trunk shows and trade exhibitions, with a primary focus on the Sid Mashburn brand. The role is characterized by high energy and offers opportunities for direct engagement with wholesale clients, as well as collaboration with internal design, production, and logistics teams. The Wholesale Operations Coordinator acts as a brand ambassador, developing expertise in product knowledge and customer service skills. This position reports directly to the Director of Wholesale and is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sample coordination, collaborating with sales, design, and creative teams.
  • Coordinate Made-to-Measure and Alterations processes for Sid Mashburn Wholesale accounts.
  • Assist in preparation and outreach for trade shows and seasonal markets.
  • Oversee order management inputs for both pre-season and in-season needs, including style details and customer orders.
  • Support organizational processes related to Available to Ship (ATS) to enhance in-season business performance.
  • Facilitate customer service for accounts, including initial orders, reorders, and returns, in partnership with the warehouse team.
  • Contribute to the achievement of annual wholesale sales targets.
  • Foster relationship management with major and specialty accounts.
