Hybrid Total Rewards Analyst

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Denver-based company in the restaurant/retail industry to find a detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst. This role is a great opportunity for a professional with a strong background in benefits and compensation plans who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with Open Enrollment, design and negotiate benefit programs, manage benefit administration through Workday, conduct reporting and audits, and ensure timely payment of team members.
  • Compensation: Contribute to compensation plan design, conduct market analysis, process equity compensation transactions, and collaborate with HR Business Partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation plans or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Experience with Stock/Long Term Incentive Plan administration highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, preferred.
