Job Title: Manager of Total Rewards

About the Role:

The Manager of Total Rewards is a key member of the People Team at Snooze Colorado Mothership, responsible for administering and coordinating compensation and benefits programs. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of Snooze's compensation and benefits practices, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and providing exceptional support to Snoozers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, FAMLI, I-9, and other related processes.
  • Administer benefits, 401(k), and Snooze Perks programs, including enrollment, COBRA, ACA compliance, and 401(k) plan management.
  • Communicate leave processes, including FMLA, non-qualified medical leave, and personal leave, to Snoozers.
  • Partner with the VP of People and Culture and CPCO to ensure fair, competitive, and compliant compensation plans.
  • Manage compensation programs by evaluating and analyzing Snoozer salaries and hourly rates.
  • Conduct bi-annual compensation reviews, analyzing data and making recommendations for multi-year compensation strategies.
  • Support the administrative tasks associated with the Snoozer Life Cycle, including recruitment, retention, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to meet department goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience managing compliance programs and processes.
  • 4+ years in a role administering benefits and 401(k) programs.
  • 4+ years in a role analyzing compensation data and making recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Experience extracting, analyzing, sharing, and presenting HR data.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant human resources preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Human Resources Management Certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
