Hybrid Total Rewards Analyst

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Denver-based company in the restaurant/retail industry to find a detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional with a strong background in benefits and compensation plans who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with Open Enrollment, design and administer benefit programs, manage benefit administration through Workday, conduct external and internal reporting, audits, and annual filings, and ensure timely and accurate payment of team members.
  • Compensation: Contribute to the design and review of compensation plans, conduct minimum wage audits, perform market analysis and benchmarking, process equity compensation transactions, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Field Management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation plans or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Experience with Stock/Long Term Incentive Plan administration highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, preferred.
