Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to lead our organization's total rewards programs. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with our strategic objectives and support employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between total rewards programs and overall HR strategy.
  • Design and administer compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits programs based on market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
  • Oversee the benefits administrator and provide guidance on the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness benefits.
  • Manage employee communication and provide support for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards management, compensation, benefits, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform market analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong planning and project management skills.
