Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals
  • Oversee regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales and management experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to travel in assigned region and frequent overnight travel
