Lead the Experience:

As a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. Your role will involve checking in with guests, making sure they are enjoying themselves, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise.

Be the Solution:

You will be responsible for providing expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features, and working hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying their experience
- Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
- Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features
