Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank Midwest, N A. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters, including credit analysis, financial planning, and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Bank Midwest, N A remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • MBA or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Experience in credit analysis, financial planning, and risk management
