As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance and upkeep of conveyor and building systems, as well as compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Ensure the highest possible availability of all technical systems and equipment, and drive continuous improvement of all systems.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and support an interdisciplinary team of maintenance technicians to achieve their goals, and develop training plans for service technicians.
  • Performance Management: Plan and conduct performance reviews, including setting individual goals and evaluating progress.
  • Safety and Compliance: Set an example for workplace safety and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines on site.
  • Project Management: Support the development of our logistics center by participating in technical projects that contribute to the expansion of existing and new systems.
  • Operational Excellence: Understand OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and performance metrics of the equipment, and manage external contractors and related work orders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Inspire others and your own team, taking an active role and continuously driving the best possible solutions.
