Supervisor, Care Management, Full Time, Day Shift, Boyle Heights Site

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Management Supervisor to join our team at Adventist Health. As a key member of our care management team, you will be responsible for directing the planning, development, operation, and promotion of our department. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the planning, development, operation, and promotion of the department
- Assume direct responsibilities for personnel management, expense controls, new service development, and performance improvement
- Provide group therapy and case management services within the program structure
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' clinical admissions experience: Preferred
- Unit charge nurse experience: Preferred
- CA Licensure: RN or LCSW: Required
- HI Licensure: RN or LSW: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
